Every winter we wait for the thaw of spring. And ever since moving to Wisconsin, the thaw of spring includes the hopeful indulgence of colorful spring decor, vases of tulips and other pastel buds, and hopefully–the emergence of grass where there once was snow. Sometimes, when the snow lingers has it has decided to do today, I have to liven things up and push for spring in a more deliberate way–cooking up foods that remind me of warmer weather, like this delicious Blackened Salmon with Fruit Salsa.
Yep. While the recipe for Blackened Salmon is and Fruit Salsa is completely healthy, the flavors reminiscent of ripened gardens is a luxury of indulgence that is just plain amazing. And as just about every other recipe we include here on All She Cooks, easy peasy. Because that’s how we roll.
I went to Sam’s Club to find ingredients for this recipe: Blackened Salmon from C. Wirthy & Co with fillets individually pre-seasoned and fruit salsa using fresh mangoes and berries.
If you’re the type of person who likes to try it before you buy it, you’ll be excited to hear that Sam’s Club has some seafood Demo Dates scheduled for March 26th and 27th (featuring Blackened Salmon with Fruit Salsa), and April 1st (featuring Easy Marinated Shrimp). This meal takes literally 25 minutes from pan to fork. Meaning that you get to dive into a delicious warm-weather inspired meal sooner rather than later.
I’m pretty picky about the seafood I purchase for my family, so I’m always happy to see Sam’s Club has high-quality seafood and everything I need to make an incredibly delicious and easy meal for my family. And Sam’s Club has all of this:
