1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup French’s Dijon Mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Slather 1/3 cup French’s Dijon Mustard over chicken breasts, coating both sides. Set aside in refrigerator for 1/2-1 hour to allow time to marinate.
Grill on charcoal grill for 20 minutes per side, checking internal temperature with meat thermometer to check to see if done.
Chicken can also be grilled on gas grill, but timing might need to be adjusted.
