We’ve been looking for ways to use all the fresh produce springing up (in the produce section where we are, but if you live further south, perhaps your garden) so we’ve decided to cook Mustard Crusted Pork with Apple Cabbage Slaw.
This meal isn’t just ideal for springtime. We can serve it at other parties like Thanksgiving, too.
Basically Spring on a Plate
The pork is seasoned well because we punched up the salt and pepper in order for it to be flavorful. The mustard crust seals in the juices and tenderizes the pork making it mouthwatering.
