Pete.
Cold pasta?

Hi Pete! I updated the recipe. You can either rinse the pasta with cool water or just drain and toss with a splash of olive oil to keep the noodles from sticking together.
Mike
1.5 C of shrimp doesn't seem right for 6 servings. Should I convert to oz? 12 oz seems better, but I hope I have enough cream cheese

You can always adjust a recipe to your tastes. If you want more or less shrimp, that's perfectly fine! Some people prefer less shrimp in a pasta dish (like me) and others prefer their pasta loaded.
