Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
In a large bowl, stir together the corn kernels, green chilies, olive oil, salt and garlic powder.
Then spread onto the prepared baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, stirring once at the halfway point
Allow the corn to cool.
Then transfer to a large bowl and stir in the jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice
Serve with tortilla chips
