Instructions
Divide the romaine lettuce, sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, feta crumbles, black olives and pepperoncini between two large bowls
In a small jar, add the olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, mustard, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper
Shake until well combined
Pour dressing over top of salad and serve immediately
