cut in thick 2-inch-long chunks

Loaded Baked Potato Dip
16-
ounce
container sour cream
1 ½
ounces
bacon bits
half a 3-ounce package

cup
shredded cheddar cheese
½
bunch green onions
chopped
Instructions
To make the Italian Oven Roasted Steak Fries
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine potato chunks, oil and seasonings. Stir to combine well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a
silicone baking mat
.
Spread potatoes over the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, turning potatoes over once halfway through baking.
To make the Loaded Baked Potato Dip
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine sour cream, bacon, Cheddar cheese and green onions.
Stir well. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
