pepperoni sliced
marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
Poke potatoes with fork on all sides and microwave until soft.
Cut potatoes in half and remove the insides, leaving about ¼ inch edge
Add cheese, pepperoni and any other toppings you'd like
Bake potato skins at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
