Mix together brownie batter according to package instructions. Add in chopped TWIX® Bites. Bake in 13x9 pan lined with aluminum foil for 28-32 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
Heat heavy whipping cream on stove over medium heat while stirring occasionally. Bring to a light boil and stir in chocolate chips. Continue stirring until it becomes slightly thickened. Cool in refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Whip together pudding mix with milk. Add in whipped topping and whisk until smooth.
Let brownies cool and then cut in squares. Layer trifle either in a big clear serving dish or individual jars. Start with brownies, followed by chocolate sauce, pudding mixture, and then start all over again: brownies, chocolate sauce, pudding mixture. Top with a couple TWIX® Bites and serve.
