Vienna loaf or other soft white bakery loaf bread

brown sugar

heavy cream

vanilla

apple pie filling
canned

cinnamon
to sprinkle
Instructions
Lightly spray a 13x9-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer bread slices evenly in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Mix together eggs, sugar, cream, and vanilla. Pour mixture over bread.
Refrigerate soaked bread until morning.
Top with apple pie filling, sprinkle with cinnamon, and then put in the cold (not preheated!) oven.
Set oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes.
