Hot Jalapeño & Habenero Jack Cheese
shredded, or pepper jack
For Topping
extra shredded cheese

Instructions
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add in green bell pepper and onion. Stir and all to cook for a few minutes.
Brown the meat and mix together with the onions and peppers, letting the flavors meld together. Once the meat has finished browning, drain the grease.
Add in Dark Red Kidney Beans, Black Beans, and Chili Beans, mixing all the ingredients together.
Combine seasonings, diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
Add in uncooked macaroni. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and cook for 13-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
Serve and enjoy!
