brown sugar

sour cream
or plain Greek yogurt

pumpkin puree

cream cheese
½ - ¾

powdered sugar

milk or cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F degrees and line a muffin pan with muffin papers.
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon.
In a large bowl beat together the oil, sugars, eggs, sour cream and pumpkin puree.
Then fold in the flour mixture being careful not to over mix the batter.
Spoon into the prepared muffin pan.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool.
Then in a small bowl whisk together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk.
Drizzle on top of each muffin.
