homemade biscuit mix or Bisquick

cup
milk

tablespoons
unsalted butter
melted

tablespoon
freshly grated Parmesan
½
teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
dried parsley
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Lightly oil a baking sheet.
Mix the baking mix and milk. If the dough is too sticky to work with add a bit more baking mix.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a 5-inch rope and tie into a knot, tuck in the ends.
Place the knots onto the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, parmesan, garlic powder, parsley and salt.
Brush the knots with about half of the garlic butter.
Place into oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Brushed the knots with remaining garlic butter. Serve warm.
