Ingredients
1poundlean ground beef
11 ounce package taco seasoning mix
⅔cupwater
216 ounce cans refried beans
410 inch flour tortillas
2cupsshredded Monterey Jack cheese
2cupsshredded Cheddar cheese
2tablespoonssour cream
1tomatodiced
1avocadopitted and diced
12 ounce can sliced black olives
2green onionschopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease and stir in taco seasoning and water. Mix in the refried beans and then set aside.
Spread the beef and bean mixture over two of the tortillas. Top each tortilla with a second tortilla and then divide both types of cheese evenly between the two pizzas.
Place pizzas on baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Remove from oven and top with sour cream, avocado, black olives, green onions and tomato. Cut each pizza into 4-8 slices, serve and enjoy!
