Fit the two piping bags with the 1M sized piping tips. Fill one bag with red frosting and one with white frosting. (You may have excess frosting!)
With the red frosting, begin placing small rosettes in the shape of the Santa hat
Make sure to leave space at the bottom for the hat brim and cotton ball top.
With the white frosting, create a longer line of white rosettes at the bottom for the hat brim.
Then still with the white frosting, create the cotton ball top from little star shapes. To make the star, squeeze out a little frosting then stop squeezing and pull the piping tip straight up and off.
Arrange all of your dippers around the Santa hat and serve!
