peeled and minced

dill weed

sour cream
olive oil
drizzle, to taste

white wine vinegar

plain yogurt
fresh dill sprigs
as garnish
bread, crackers, or pretzels
for dipping
Instructions
In a bowl mix the cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, dill weed, sour cream, yogurt and vinegar.
Pour the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat and add the pickles.
Cook for 20 minutes stirring regularly.
Set aside to cool down for 5 minutes.
When ready to serve, top with a spoonful of dill sprigs.
Serve and enjoy.
Tips
For a sweeter version, add some corn.
