Ham and Egg Salad Sandwich
Easy Ham and Egg Salad sandwiches are a nice twist on a classic sandwich recipe. The ham adds a delicious flavor to the standard egg salad sandwich.

Mayonnaise

whole pickle
chopped

Sliced Honey Ham
chopped up

oatmeal bread
Salt and pepper
to taste
Cilantro
optional
Instructions
Mash up boiled eggs with fork or chop them up on cutting board.
In a bowl, combine eggs, Mayonnaise, chopped pickle and chopped ham. Stir to combine.
Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve on Oatmeal Bread.
Optional, add a little cilantro for some extra flavor.
Notes
For a twist, add in paprika or ground mustard to amp up the flavor.
