Put a layer of peanut butter in between two pretzels. Repeat with all of the pretzels, making a total of 40 pretzel sandwiches.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave safe glass container by microwaving for a minute, stirring, and then repeating at 30 second intervals.
Coat pretzel sandwiches one at a time with chocolate by dipping pretzels in the chocolate and then turning them over to coat the other side. (I use metal skewers to lift and turn the pretzels. Working with two skewers allows me to move the pretzels around and pick them up)
Remove pretzels from the chocolate and place on waxed paper to harden up.
Makes 40 chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels.
