lightly steamed and chopped

butter

all-purpose flour

chicken broth

cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. (skip if pre-making)
Melt butter over medium heat.
Add flour and cook for about 1 minute.
Slowly add chicken broth, whisking constantly.
Bring to simmer, whisk occasionally, until thickened.
Remove from heat. (If pre-making, let sauce cool)
Mix chicken, broccoli, rice, sauce, and cheese.
Place in greased 9x9 pan and top with more cheese (optional).
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
