Whisk the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add eggnog, eggs, vegetable oil, nutmeg, and vanilla.
Whisk together until well mixed.
Heat a nonstick pan or griddle on the stovetop over medium-high heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake and cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on top. Flip and cook for an additional minute.
Continue with the remaining batter, until all your pancakes are made!
