These Pineapple Chicken Teriyaki Bowls have tender chicken, juicy pineapples, and fresh veggies - all tossed with a sticky sweet teriyaki glaze and served over fluffy rice. Yum!
½large pineapplepeeled, cored, and cut into bite size pieces

Sesame seeds and sliced green onionfor garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic and sesame oil until smooth; set aside
In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned on all sides.(but not cooked through)
Add the onion and green pepper and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until the veggies start to soften.
Add the cubed pineapple and the teriyaki sauce and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through.
Serve immediately over rice with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
