These Halloween pudding shots mix chocolate pudding cups with chocolate liqueur, then top each one with a tipsy whipped cream ghost and Oreo eyes. A 10-minute, no-cook boozy treat for your Halloween party.
In a small bowl, combine the pudding and cocoa liqueur. Stir with a fork or small whisk for about 30 seconds, until completely smooth.
Spoon the pudding into six 2-ounce souffle cups or shot glasses, filling each about two-thirds full. (For neater cups, spoon the pudding into a zip-top bag, snip off a corner, and pipe it in.)
Place the cups in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up slightly.
Just before serving, top each cup with a tall swirl of whipped cream, piling it up in a tipsy, not-perfect ghost shape.
Press two small Oreo pieces into each ghost for eyes. Serve right away and enjoy!
