You better believe we love cooking up amazing food during the summer. As soon as it gets warmer, we’re heading outside to cook and starting up the grill.
French’s® Dijon Mustard probably isn’t the first thing that comes to mind when you toss around ideas for a good marinade. It might be hard to imagine, but this mustard is the BEST marinade and makes for an absolutely delicious grilled chicken.
We slathered a 1/3 cup of French’s® Dijon Mustard onto about a pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour. After that, we started up the charcoal grill and cooked the chicken on each side for approximately 20 minutes. As always when cooking chicken, use a meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked all the way through.
