Recipe
Hot Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce
This Hot Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce is fast and easy to make, and a tasty sauce to use for topping ice cream, waffles, or other fun desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- ¾ cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients and mix together until smooth. I used a whisk so I could work out the tiny lumps in the cocoa powder. You could sift the cocoa power instead... but I prefer to just mix it. It comes out super smooth.
- Heat over medium high heat while stirring. It's very important to keep an eye on this. When the mixture starts to boil, let it boil (while stirring!) for just two minutes, take off the heat, and then add the vanilla, butter and peanut butter. Pour into a glass jar or other container and store in the refrigerator.

Hello Jessica, I just discovered your recipe! I’ve made two batches, I’ve had to correct your instructions. The recipe does not indicate when to add the evaporated milk! I would love to hear from you on this. Keep doing what you’re doing, your recipes are delicious.
