Ready for some absolutely AMAZING hot fudge?

You'll love this Hot Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce recipe!

Looking for an easy hot fudge sauce to make? This is it!

And you know what? You can make this with or without peanut butter. So...if you have peanut allergies or don't like peanut butter, you can totally still enjoy this delicious recipe--sans peanut butter.

Take my basic Hot Fudge Sauce recipe and add some peanut butter, and you've got something even better for those peanut butter lovers out there.  My kids can-NOT get enough peanut butter, so this is right up their alley.  Now... it's just about perfect for everything, including my Chocolate Chocolate Waffles.  AND it is super easy to make.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup white sugar
    • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
    • ¾ cup evaporated milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter

    Instructions

    • Combine dry ingredients and mix together until smooth. I used a whisk so I could work out the tiny lumps in the cocoa powder. You could sift the cocoa power instead... but I prefer to just mix it. It comes out super smooth.
    • Heat over medium high heat while stirring. It's very important to keep an eye on this. When the mixture starts to boil, let it boil (while stirring!) for just two minutes, take off the heat, and then add the vanilla, butter and peanut butter. Pour into a glass jar or other container and store in the refrigerator.

Steps you take to get to chocolate peanut butter heaven:

Head over to All She Cooks
      Hover over the word Recipes
Move cursor down to Sweets & Snacks
      Select the Desserts tab
Scroll down the photos and descriptors, mouth salivating, until you see:
      Hot Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce
Is this a dream? (if it is don't wake me)
Read the list of ingredients and peruse the steps involved
Discern that yes, this is something YOU can make
Think of all the things this sauce will go well with, and the numerous people who will be receiving a jar from you for Christmas
Ponder whether you want to share such delightful goodness
Decide the sauce is too amazing to keep to yourself
Cartwheel into the kitchen to begin the yumminess

Hello Jessica, I just discovered your recipe! I’ve made two batches, I’ve had to correct your instructions. The recipe does not indicate when to add the evaporated milk! I would love to hear from you on this. Keep doing what you’re doing, your recipes are delicious.
