Recipe
Brie and Raspberry Jam Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 1 long thin baguette cut into ⅓” slices (it's okay to use a larger loaf if you can't find a thin baguette-we did it ourselves)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 8 ounces Brie cheese rind removed and cut into thin slices
- ½ - ¾ cups raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange bread slices on a large, rimmed baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter. Bake until bread turns golden brown, approximately 7 - 9 minutes. Remove from oven and place one slice of Brie on each slice while it is still warm. Top with raspberry jam and serve immediately.
