Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups strawberries
- 3.4 ounce vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- Additional sliced strawberries and lemon zest for top of cake
Instructions
- Mix together and bake cake according to package instructions.
- In a food processor, pulse strawberries until pureed. Add in pudding mix and milk and blend.
