I've been making this Pumpkin Cream Cheese filling for years. If you want a quick recipe shortcut and want to use pumpkin cream cheese on other things, whip up a batch and then add it into your milkshake in place of the cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
I like to make a double-batch of Pumpkin Cream Cheese filling, and then use it on bagels. It's SO good. And it can always be tossed into a Pumpkin Cheesecake shake.
What Ingredients are Good for High Calorie Shakes for Weight Gain
Use natural high protein ingredients whenever possible when making high calorie shake recipes. This recipe uses whole milk, but you could switch it out for soy milk or almond milk. Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Shake
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 15 ounce can pumpkin
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- Whipped cream to garnish
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until well blended.
- Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream and pecans and serve.
