I’ve been making this Pumpkin Cream Cheese filling for years. If you want a quick recipe shortcut and want to use pumpkin cream cheese on other things, whip up a batch and then add it into your milkshake in place of the cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice.

Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Shake
Ingredients
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 15 ounce can pumpkin
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Whipped cream to garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until well blended.
- Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream and pecans and serve.
